Psychotherapy
Through the use of therapeutic methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and more. therapists meet all clients where they are at, walking with the client in their journey.

It can be scary coming to therapy for the first time, or daunting thinking of sharing your story with a new therapist. The therapists endeavor to make the space safe and inviting so you can go at the pace you choose, sharing in your way.

No matter what you want to work through - trauma (however you define it), anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, struggles with living with a mental illness, your relationship, etc., the therapist is here to hold space for you with unconditional positive regard and in an unbiased manner. Together, you and the therapist will define your therapy goals and work collaboratively to meet them.

Individual therapy can be offered in-person, virtually, or meet your therapist on a local trail for Walk n' Talk therapy!

Fees:
60-minute individual session: $150
90-minute individual session: $235
60-minute post-secondary student session: $130 (with proof of enrollment)
90-minute post-secondary student session: $195 (with proof of enrollment)
